RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/05, the Consumer who purchases one or more products through distance communication techniques can exercise the right of withdrawal without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
This right is reserved exclusively for "Consumer" Customers and therefore cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to any entrepreneurial or professional activity they may carry out.
This does not apply to all customized, modified, or made-to-order products (such as a custom-sized ring or a custom-engraved watch); refunds and/or returns are not applicable or effective for these products.
The Consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a communication to John Oliver within 14 days from the day following the date of receipt of the product.
The Customer must return the purchased product within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal notice, carefully packaged and shipped at their own expense. The deadline is considered met if the customer returns the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Procedurally, the customer must send, within the deadline indicated above, a written communication to the email address: johnoliverfirenze@gmail.com certifying their specific desire to exercise the right to return the purchased product.
After sending the written notice of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product, carefully packaged and complete with all accessories and everything originally contained. The package must be sent to the following address: John Oliver, Borgo Albizi 73r, 50122 Florence, Italy.
The customer is solely responsible for the shipment until the goods are received at John Oliver's premises. John Oliver is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of products during the return shipment. We therefore recommend arranging insured shipping.
John Oliver suggests entrusting the shipment to a specialized security carrier and is available, upon request of the Customer, to provide contact details of its suppliers in this area.
Upon receipt of the shipment, John Oliver will video record the opening of the package containing the returned item in order to document the conditions of receipt of the package, the item, and the accessories and to reveal any damage not caused by John Oliver or tampering or substitutions with counterfeit products.
Once the product's condition has been checked, the Customer will be notified of the return's acceptance by sending a confirmation email within seven working days of receiving the item at the indicated destination.
The refund will include the full value of the returned products. The only costs owed by the Customer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the shipping costs incurred to return the products to John Oliver, which will not be refunded.

The refund will be paid to the Customer within 14 days of notification of acceptance of the withdrawal.
SHIPPING INFO
Pickup at the store in Borgo Albizi 73r, Florence, is always possible, provided the customer specifies this preference. John Oliver will notify the customer when the product is "ready for delivery."
Alternatively, John Oliver will ship the product to the Customer at the address provided by the latter.
Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Shipping takes place to all EU countries and non-EU countries unless the shipping order is accepted by our partners specializing in the transport of valuables.
The products sold by John Oliver are shipped via specialized delivery platforms for valuables with insured transport (Ferrari SPA, Malca Amit, etc.).
Each shipment will be insured for the full value paid by the Customer, who therefore does not run any financial risk for the shipment of purchased items.
Since these are valuable items, for the Customer's protection, the ordered products will be delivered exclusively to the address indicated by the Customer and to the person whose identity document was provided or to a formally authorized representative (concierge, doorman, receptionist, security personnel, domestic staff, relatives or in-laws, official, or person residing at the indicated address). Under normal operating conditions, the carrier will contact the Customer to communicate the delivery time.
John Oliver provides the Customer with the expected time for delivery of the goods shipped, but cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, nor for delays attributable to the carrier of the goods.
Upon receipt of the purchased product, the Customer is required to check whether: the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the transport document; whether the packaging is externally intact.
If the Customer, upon delivery of the goods, certifies that the sales packaging is not intact or damaged, he or she is required to sign the courier's delivery receipt, adding the words "Accepted with reservations", in order to obtain the possible repair or replacement of the products contained therein (if actually damaged during shipping), after returning them to John Oliver in their original packaging.
Acceptance of the delivered products without the Customer having made a reservation or dispute regarding the delivery in the transport document is equivalent to recognition of the conformity of the delivery to the order in terms of quantity, type and packaging.
Please note that any product damaged during shipping will be accepted by John Oliver and replaced, where possible, with an identical product, provided that all of the following conditions are met: the sales packaging must be intact and complete in all its parts;
The damage must not be attributable to improper use, therefore there must be no tampering, scratches, or missing parts; the product must be accompanied by a document certifying the damage.
Any additional guarantees provided by current legislation in relation to the products delivered remain unaffected.
