RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/05, consumers who purchase one or more products through distance communication methods have the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without providing any reason.
This right is exclusively reserved for “Consumers” and cannot be exercised by legal entities or natural persons acting for purposes related to any business or professional activity they may carry out.
Exceptions apply to all customized, modified, or made-to-order products (for example, a ring made to the customer's size or a watch engraved upon request); for such products, the right to refund and/or return is not applicable or effective.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a communication to John Oliver within 14 days from the day following the date of receipt of the product.
The Customer must return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal communication, carefully packaged and shipped at their own expense and risk. The deadline is considered met if the Customer ships the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Procedurally, the Customer must send a written communication within the aforementioned deadline to the following email address: johnoliverfirenze@gmail.com, expressly stating their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal for the purchased product.
After sending the withdrawal communication, the Customer must proceed to ship the product, carefully packed and complete with all accessories and original contents. The package must be sent to the following address:

The shipment, until the product is received at John Oliver’s premises, remains the full responsibility of the Customer. John Oliver is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of products during the return shipment by the Customer. It is therefore recommended to arrange for insured shipping.
John Oliver suggests entrusting the shipment to a specialized valuables courier and is available, upon Customer request, to provide contacts of its own suppliers in this field.
Upon receipt of the shipment, John Oliver will video record the opening of the package containing the returned item to document the condition of the package, item, and accessories, and to highlight any damages not caused by John Oliver or any tampering or substitutions with counterfeit products.
After the product condition has been verified, acceptance of the return will be communicated to the Customer by email within seven working days from receipt of the item at the indicated destination.
The refund will cover the full value of the returned products. The only expenses payable by the Customer in exercising the right of withdrawal are the shipping costs for returning the products to John Oliver, which will not be reimbursed.

SHIPPING INFO
Collection and Shipping Policy
Collection from our store located at Borgo Albizi 73r, Florence, is always available upon explicit request by the Customer. John Oliver will notify the Customer once the product is “ready for delivery.”
Alternatively, John Oliver will ship the product to the address provided by the Customer. Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
We deliver to all EU countries and non-EU countries, subject to acceptance of the shipment order by our specialized secure transport partners.
All products sold by John Oliver are shipped via insured courier services specializing in valuables transport (e.g., Ferrari SPA, Malca Amit, etc.). Each shipment is insured for the full amount paid by the Customer, ensuring no financial risk during transit.
For the Customer’s protection, delivery will be made exclusively to the address indicated and directly to the person whose identity has been provided, or to a formally authorized representative (such as concierge, doorman, reception staff, security personnel, domestic staff, relatives, officials, or residents at the delivery address). Under normal operating conditions, the courier will contact the Customer to arrange the delivery time.
John Oliver provides an estimated delivery timeframe but cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by force majeure or the courier’s liability.
Upon receipt of the product, the Customer is required to verify:
- That the number of packages matches the transport document;
- That the external packaging is intact.
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, the Customer must sign the delivery receipt with the notation “Accepted with reservation” to enable claims for repair or replacement, provided the product is returned to John Oliver in its original packaging.
Acceptance without reservation constitutes acknowledgment that the delivery conforms to the order in quantity, type, and packaging condition.
Damaged products during shipping will be accepted and replaced, if possible, only if:
- The original packaging is intact and complete;
- The damage is not due to improper use, tampering, or missing parts;
- A document certifying the damage is provided.
All rights and guarantees under applicable law regarding delivered products remain unaffected.
